Bora’s Board of Directors approved the acquisition of Upsher-Smith from shareholders Sawai Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (JP), and Sumitomo Corporation of Americas.

Sanner, the healthcare packaging manufacturer and medical device CDMO has acquired Springboard, a specialist medical device designer and developer.

The Sanner Group announced the completion of the structural phase of its new headquarters and development and production site in Bensheim, Germany. The company will go on to fit out the site, and said it expects it will work closely with customers to move all production into the new facility by the beginning of 2025.
